Feature highlight
We are rolling out the analytics dashboard — available for production plans today.
What’s new
We have added in-depth analytics for Telegram user accounts and bots: clear charts and metrics to understand load and how people use your integrations.
Key capabilities
The dashboard gives a full view of the API, connected user accounts, and bots:
- API overview — real-time calls, split by endpoint, response time, and error rates; trends by day and week.
- Connection health — message delivery, webhooks, uptime of user accounts and bots; alerts when things degrade.
- Engagement — active users, message volume, commands, retention.
- Geography — where requests and activity come from, by region.
- Errors — logs, traces, and tips from the AI helper.
Interface
A clean UI with configurable widgets: build the dashboard that matches your work.
Alerts
Set thresholds for error spikes, unusual traffic, and API limits — and get notified.
“The new analytics changed how we monitor: we see issues before incidents, and we optimize with real data.”
— Alex Chen, Senior Developer, TechCorp
